(REALTORS® ASSOCIAITON OF NORTHWESTERN WISCONSIN PRESS RELEASE) - Statewide, homes continue to move quickly as buyers who remain in the market are motivated, keeping pressure on housing prices. Median home prices have risen 11.7% year to date. Overall, home sales continue to decrease over the same period, falling 28.1% in February 2023 compared to February 2022. Housing affordability is still a concern resulting from the combination of flat income levels, rapidly rising mortgage rates and strong price pressure.
